DIY for My personal things.

Posted by The Pixel Doll at 22:33 0 comments
I love to do something DIY. My mom taught me some when I were little. We are really traditional family.
Today, I am going to teach you guys how I make my personal things. It is really fun and hopes you will enjoy.
First, you need to buy the any kinds of pads. Or you can make it for the tissue bag as well.

Second, prepare some fabric square you want for the back of your pouch. Put the fabric FACE UP on a work surface. Mine is face down. Don’t make that mistake! Take the other squares and fold them in half and “finger press” them as shown. One rectangle to the bottom half of the base square with open edges out and folded side in. Add another rectangle to the right side of the square the same way, folded side in. Start sewing in the top corner of the pouch. Sew a straight line leaving about a 1/2″ seam allowance.

Once you done you will be very proud of yourself. It does really easy and cute!

Celebration in Korean BBQ

Posted by The Pixel Doll at 12:41 0 comments
Today we celebrated my anti son’s 1st Birthday at this restaurant with 30 guests. It was a fun birthday party and the food was wonderful.  Koreans call the first birthday “Tol” and often times there is a “Toljabee” event. This event is considered the highlight of the party because the birthday boy/girl is dressed in traditional Korean garments called “Tok-Bok” or “Ham-Bok”. The child sits in front of a table full of festive fruit, rice cakes, and other food along with the Toljabee items.

A reason why we picked this restaurant because of the owner they all came from Korea as well. And it is a whole new cuisine. Their foods are really traditional and very fresh. If you ever been to Korean BBQ that you must to know cook your own food it does really lets you fully immerse yourself in the dining experience. A Korean BBQ restaurant is a magical paradise food ever. Every table has its own built in personal grill. You do all of the cooking, with some help from the servants.

In addition, this place is all you can eat which means you can eat whatever you want. There will be plenty of food to go around during meal time. You can keep ordering a couple of dishes of meat and keep ordering more as you finish and determine what you like. The owner is really friendly. They would not distribute your dining time. And they will ask you if you need more or other things and set no time limits. This is the way how friendly we used to treat others.
